Wendy is a Senior Associate, specialising in Family Law and Wills and Estates. She is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.

Wendy focuses on complex parenting matters, including cases involving allegations of family violence, relocation, international travel, and children with additional needs. She also has experience with international family law, particularly matters involving the Hague Convention. She has a keen interest in surrogacy and adoption matters.

Wendy has extensive experience in child support matters, including drafting and enforcing Binding Child Support Agreements and Child Support Departure Orders in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Wendy’s expertise also extends to property matters involving family trusts, corporate structures, and third parties. Her experience in these areas has made her highly proficient in preparing Binding Financial Agreements to protect her clients’ assets before, during, or after a relationship.
