Natalie is a dedicated and highly skilled Paralegal with a strong foundation in Family Law which she has developed through her experience at Godden Lawyers. She supports a team of solicitors across a broad range of matters, including parenting, property, divorce, and estate matters.
Her role involves detailed case preparation, drafting complex legal documents, conducting in-depth legal research, and working closely with both solicitors and barristers. Natalie has a particular interest in high-conflict parenting matters involving serious allegations of risk, child abuse, alienation, and domestic and family violence.
She also has experience assisting Agnes with complex property matters, including those involving non-disclosure, concealed assets, and proceeds of crime. Natalie’s thorough approach and collaborative mindset make her a valued member of the legal team.
Natalie is known for her precision, critical thinking, and ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with clients. Natalie is experienced in supporting clients who are facing criminal charges or are in custody, providing compassionate support and professional assistance. She values the importance of client confidentiality and strives to build strong professional relationships and consistently upholds the highest standards of legal support.
Natalie is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws through Charles Sturt University, where she is expanding her legal knowledge and sharpening her analytical and advocacy skills. She is deeply aligned with the university’s values of inclusivity, social justice, and community connection—principles that guide her both in her legal career and personal life. Through her studies, she is committed to becoming not only a technically proficient legal professional but one who makes meaningful contributions to the lives of others and the broader legal system.
In addition to her legal work and academic pursuits, Natalie is an active member of the Country Women’s Association of NSW. She is passionate about advocating for women, families, and rural communities, regularly participating in branch initiatives and discussions to improve access to essential services. Each year, she also volunteers at the Sydney Royal Easter Show in the CWA Tea Rooms, contributing to one of the organisation’s largest and most important fundraising events. Her commitment to community service is a central part of who she is—driven by connection, advocacy, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
