Our People

Our firm has seen firsthand the impact that divorce and other family law matters can have on everyone involved, and we have made it our mission to be a trusted guide for the smoothest possible transition.

Agnieszka is an Accredited Family Law Specialist and provides advice in respect of all areas of family law including divorce, property settlement, parenting matters, relocation, child abduction, de facto relationships and financial agreements.

Wendy commenced employment at Godden Lawyers in July 2015 having previously worked in a property law firm in Parramatta. Wendy practices predominantly in the area of family law and has worked in a variety of areas including property law and wills and estates.

Natalie is our Legal Secretary and personal assistant. She joined the team in 2018 and undertakes a variety of duties from administration to file management.
