Agnieszka has practiced predominantly in the areas of Family Law as well as Wills and Estates and Trusts. 

Agnieszka has extensive experience in all areas of family law including complex financial matters involving companies and trusts, urgent injunctions, bankruptcy matters as well as complex family structures. Agnieszka has represented clients in both the Federal Circuit Court, Family Court as well as the Full Court in appellate matters.

Agnieszka has also conducted parenting cases involving significant issues including international relocation and Hague convention matters, serious family violence and allegations of child abuse.

Agnieszka regularly appears at the Supreme Court of NSW and will assist you with family provision claims against deceased estates.
